Additonal functionality is available through dozens of modules that work with one, two, or all three of our on demand CRM software solutions for service, sales, and marketing. Prices start at $100 per user per month.

Our Standard Suite Package is a complete, on demand CRM solution for customer service and sales. In additon to customer service and sales, our Enterprise Suite Package includes marketing and feedback, plus a range of extended features and functions within the service and sales offerings. The Enterprise Contact Center Suite Package consolidates the critical functionality required by contact centers into one easy-to-consume, value rich package.

Standard Suite Package

Our Standard Suite Package offers a complete customer service and sales automation solution. Leveraging a common knowledge foundation, these CRM products work together to provide a single, unified view into all customer interactions across your service and sales organizations—ideal for companies whose agents may cross-sell or up-sell. Your sales organization will know whether a prospect has had any service issues and support agents can easily flag and route revenue opportunities. Global language support is available in 33 languages and dialects.

Enterprise Suite Package

Our Enterprise Suite Package provides all of the products and functionality included in the Standard Suite Package with the addition of RightNow Marketing™ and the RightNow Feedback™ modules. Enhanced features of our service and sales products are also included with the Enterprise Suite Package. Global language support is available in 33 languages and dialects.

Enterprise Contact Center Suite Package

Our Enterprise Contact Center Suite Package consolidates critical contact center solution functionality required by contact centers into one easy-to-consume offering, which maximizes agent productivity to deliver a great customer experience across channels. It provides full RightNow Service, RightNow Marketing, RightNow Sales, and RightNow Feedback functionality along with critical features, such as Chat, Agent Scripting, Guided Assistance, and other features that are essential to enterprise contact centers.
